The Super Bowl is one of the most watched and popular sporting events in the world, and if there is one place in the United States to start advertising the latest model, it is the perfect opportunity.
For the new flagship LC coupe, Super Bowl 51 was an excellent opportunity to show off the dynamic and impressive V8 sports car, and with the help of chart-topping musician Sia’s song, Move Your Body, the Man and Machine campaign could begin.
Voiced by Academy Award-nominated actress Minnie Driver, the advert shows movement artist Lil Buck showing the similarities between human movement and that of the new LC.
Directed by Swedish film and music video director Jonas Åkerlund, the advert carries his particular style of high energy mixed with sophistication, as Lil Buck’s distinctive dancing highlights the dynamic nature of the LC. Also introducing Lexus’s new tagline, Experience Amazing, this is the start of the next generation for the premium manufacturer.
