The Lexus LS 600h is the most powerful saloon car in the world. Not only is it extremely powerful, it is excellent to drive thanks to its state of the art features and technology.

Considering the size and weight of the luxurious LS 600h, the performance it delivers is breathtaking.

Lets take a look at what Lexus have done to create the most powerful saloon car in the world.

Hybrid power

The innovative Lexus Hybrid Drive combines a 5-litre direct injection V8 petrol engine with a high output electric motor resulting in incredible performance. It can get from 0-62 in just 6.1 seconds, which for a car of its size is outstanding. Despite its incredible performance, it is still very eco-friendly and an excellent motorway cruiser.

Dynamic control

When behind the wheel of the big Lexus you will feel a real connection with the car thanks to its dynamic control system. Its chassis are built using laser screw welding and aerospace-inspired adhesive technology making them incredibly rigid. That combined with the excellent air suspension means the car handles brilliantly and the ride is very smooth.

Class-leading aerodynamics is another reason that the LS 600h performs so well on the tarmac. The underbody is almost completely flat and tiny winglets on the front door pillar and rear lights create air vortices that help pull the airstreams inwards to improve the way the LS cuts through air. These winglets were first seen on F1 cars, which tells you how much difference they really make.

All-wheel drive

The sense of connectivity that the driver feels with the incredible LS 600h is down to its lightweight, aluminium multi-link air suspension both front and rear. The all wheel drive system mixed with high performance provides exceptional handling and ride comfort as well as genuine speed.
