Buying a car at Lexus Guildford is all about customer care

Kevin and Cherry England have expressed how well they were treated by the staff at Lexus Guildford after so many badexperiences with other dealers. In a letter written to the dealership they have said how impressed they were with the way whole process of buying a Lexus was handled.

From the time they entered the showroom, Mr England and his wife were treated with courtesy and offered refreshments. They were left in no doubt that they were free to look around the showroom at their leisure while at the same time being made aware that the staff were on hand to help and answer any questions they had.

In the letter Mr England thanked Host Adele Campbell for the warm hospitality they were treated to and made a point of praising Sales Executives Mark De Silva and Dean Kellaway for "answering all his questions with such patience and knowledge" and "patiently showing him all the gadgets and gizmos."
