Inchcape Lexus Guildford Team Pitch In At Cherry Trees

Inchcape Lexus are always pleased to give something back to the communities around their centres and the team at Lexus Guildford are no exception, with nine staff members recently spending a day redecorating the Cherry Trees centre.

After a vote, Cherry Trees in East Clandon near Guildford was chosen above six other charities in the area for the Lexus team to donate a day's worth of hands-on help with anything they could. Cherry Trees provides an invaluable service to the parents of children with severe physical and learning difficulties.

Although these children are often best cared for at home, this is usually a 24 hour job and can understandably take its toll on the parents which is where Cherry Trees helps. Providing professional care in a safe and loving environment, Cherry Trees is a great help to parents and children in the area which is why the team from Inchcape Lexus Guildford decided to offer some help to them.

Upon visiting the centre, the team realised that they might be able to help with more than one project and the nine staff members paid a visit to the local DIY store and set to work on the centre's kitchen and a children's bedroom. The day's work was incredibly productive and it really showed how much can be achieved with a little effort and a lot of team spirit. The Lexus Guildford team all agreed that it was a fantastic day out and a great way to give something back to the community.
